We Can Learn to Sing in Festive Harmony Workshop
Description
Light up the darkest days in this uplifting, a cappella singing workshop, learning songs about the turning seasons, darkness and light, and being cosy and warm.
No need to read music as everything will be taught by ear.
Hot drinks and mince pies available.
Please bring a donation.
What will happen?
Working in a circle, we’ll gently warm up, reconnecting the body and voice. Song parts will be taught by ear, so there’s no need to read music, although it would be great if you can hold a tune. Before you know it, we’ll be raising the roof, creating gorgeous harmonies, forming a pop-up community choir of singing voices! There will be a break for refreshments. Delicious coffee and tea will be served.
What do I bring?
Water to drink, a donation for refreshments, and your singing self.
Maximum number of participants: 30
